Do you want to retrieve your password to access your Member Area?

You can recover your forgotten or password from the EACim site by following the following 5 steps:

1 / You just need to connect to your member area

2 / Click on the link “forgot password? “

 

3 / Enter the email or username with which you registered and click on the “Recover” button

 

4 / You will see the green alert telling you that your codes have been sent to the email address indicated:

5 / You will receive an email from us with your new password within a few seconds:

 

IMPORTANT: if you do not receive this notification, look in your spam emails (on your email software or your webmail) in order to recover it if necessary


 

Do you want to renew your membership to our association for a new year?

You just have to connect to your member area with your usual access codes (username and password) and the system will automatically propose you to renew your account, if your account has actually expired.
To do so, you just have to follow the 5 following steps:

1/ Enter your username and password and click on the blue “Login” button:


2/ Click on the link RENEW IT which is displayed in the red alert square (which will only be displayed if your membership has really expired)

 

3/ Check the box that appears and then click on the “Renew your membership” button:

 

4/ You will be redirected to the page where you can validate your personal information (at the top of the page) and the secure payment module (at the bottom of this page)


5/ Select your payment method / fill in your bank details / then validate your order by clicking on the PAY FOR ORDER button.

 


 

You wish to pay for a membership that has already been renewed but not yet paid?

You just have to connect to your member area with your usual access codes (username and password) and the system will automatically propose you to renew your account, if your account has actually expired.
To do so, you just have to follow the 4 following steps:

1/ Enter your username and password and click on the blue “Login” button:


2/ Click on the link “Pay Now” which is displayed in the red alert square (which will only be displayed if your membership has really expired)

 

3/ You will be redirected to the secure payment module to validate your renewal:

4/ Select your payment method / fill in your bank details / then validate your order by clicking on the button PAY FOR ORDER.

 


 

You wish to access your member’s area and all the reserved documents (videos, replays, webinars, clinical cases and FAQ/reviews)? ?

To access all these documents, you just need to connect to your member area with your usual access codes (login and password).

2/ ACCESS THE DOCUMENTS LIBRARY

You will have access to all documents/media reserved for members: FAQ (EACim reviews), CAS (clinical cases), DOCS (videos, webinars and other presentations)
