Do you want to retrieve your password to access your Member Area?
You can recover your forgotten or password from the EACim site by following the following 5 steps:
1 / You just need to connect to your member area
2 / Click on the link “forgot password? “
3 / Enter the email or username with which you registered and click on the “Recover” button
4 / You will see the green alert telling you that your codes have been sent to the email address indicated:
5 / You will receive an email from us with your new password within a few seconds:
IMPORTANT: if you do not receive this notification, look in your spam emails (on your email software or your webmail) in order to recover it if necessary
Do you want to renew your membership to our association ?
You just have to connect to your > member area with your usual access codes (username & password) and the site will automatically propose you to renew your account, if your account has actually expired.
To do so, you just have to follow the 5 following steps:
1/ Enter your username and password and click on the “Login” button:
2/ Click on the link RENEW IT which is displayed in the red alert square (which will only be displayed if your membership has really expired)
3/ Select one of the two plans displayed (check that the selected plan is framed in red with its title highlighted), and then, click on the “Renew subscription” button:
4/ After receiving the “order successfully created” message, you will be redirected to the checkout (“Billing Address” tab) and then, click in the third “Review & Payment” tab …
5/ Fill in your bank details and then, validate your order by clicking on the SIGN UP NOW button.
Do you want to pay for a membership that has already been renewed but awaiting payment?
Log in to your member area with your usual access codes (username and password) and the site will automatically offer to pay for your membership pending renewal.
To do so, you just have to follow the 4 following steps:
1/ Enter your username and password and click on the blue “Login” button:
2/ Click on the link “Pay Now” which is displayed in the red alert square (which will only be displayed if your membership has really unpaid)
3/ You will be redirected to the checkout (“Billing Address” tab) and then click in the third “Review & Payment” tab … to get in the secure payment module and validate your renewal:
4/ Fill in your bank details and validate your membership by clicking on the SIGN UP NOW button.

4/ Select your payment method / Fill in your bank details (CB) / then validate your order by clicking on the blue PAY ORDER button

1/ To access the history of your annual memberships, click on the menu Orders >
You can click on the links:
- View > to view your membership/order
- Invoice > to download the corresponding invoice
2/ To access the history of your annual memberships, click on the menu My Subscription >
You can click on the links:
- Cancel > to make your request to stop your EACim subscription (see general terms & conditions of membership)
- Edit payment > to update your bank details (bank card or your iban number for SEPA direct debit) so that the annual payment can continue to take place automatically
- Renew now (your membership) in case you want to renew it before the term and automatic payment renewal
N.B.: the Downloads and Payment methods menus are empty because they are inactive. For information, your payment method(s) are not stored on our site. Payment is ensured by the secure STRIPE platform which includes an encryption process in SSL (Secure Socket Layer) mode, allowing the encryption of your banking details during their transmission over the network. This is the reason why this Payment methods section is empty/inactive.
