Training “The zirconia implant: an alternative to titanium” at the University of Corsica

The EACim Academy has been selected to teach its expertise in ceramic implantology within the curriculum course of the University Program of Oral Implantology (D.U I.O.), delivered by the University of Technology of Corsica.

This specialization training for dental surgeon clinicians allows practitioners to acquire the theoretical, practical and clinical knowledge in Zirconia ceramic implantology, a new alternative to the use Titanium metallic implants.

University Diploma in Oral Implantology (D.U I.O.) from the University of Corsica – 14th promotion 2022-2024:

This diploma takes place over two years. This training allows obtaining a University Diploma Bac +5 – post-doctoral level in dental surgery.

Objectives

This course, organized by the Faculty of Sciences of the University of Corsica within the IUS, is intended to complete the training of practitioners who have already acquired basic knowledge and who have clinical experience in implantology.

The main purpose of this teaching, which is essentially clinically based, is to train students to make a diagnosis and establish a treatment plan.

Audience concerned

Are admitted to follow this teaching after decision of the pedagogical commission: holders of a Doctorate in Dental Surgery or equivalent foreign diploma, holders of the diploma of Dental Surgeon or equivalent foreign diploma, holders of the diploma of Stomatologist Doctor or equivalent foreign diploma . Applicants must also provide: a detailed curriculum vitae, a cover letter, proof of basic theoretical training in implantology, proof of professional experience of at least 5 years.
